Scoring

Scoring, history, and stats stay on the phone. They do not need an account or a network connection. If a game looks wrong, open it from Games and correct the frame. Later frames stay.

Account and backup

Cloud backup and the AI coach need a Bowlemetry account. Backups are encrypted on the device. We never receive the passphrase, so we cannot open a backup or reset that passphrase for you.

Settings, then Delete my account, removes the sign-in and, when cloud backup is configured, the encrypted backups. Games on the phone stay until you delete them. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel that in the store’s subscription settings.

Privacy requests

The same address handles a request to delete retained account information. Read what is kept, and what is not, in the privacy policy.
